Download scan data, curate findings on a client call, export Word/PDF/Excel deliverables, and copy ticket and PSA notes - without Microsoft Office on the server. Quarterly workflow

Typical order - sidebar Prep, then the in-app banner:

Prep - company review, probes, email DNS (as needed)
Start client review - download All Vulnerabilities (application, network-scanner, and registry) plus an external scan file
Review - curate export set, remediation, time estimates; client call
Export - write DOCX, PDF, and XLSX to the quarterly folder
Deliverables - ticket instructions, client email, ConnectWise Manage notes
Remediation - separate tickets via application/OS patching, suppress, or remediation status

Start client review and Bulk review
Ad-hoc report downloader - extra ConnectSecure catalog or global pulls when the standard download is not enough
Review sessions - resume, archive, delete saved reviews
Host counts - optional per-host totals from the full vulnerability export (open from Review; PDF/XLSX on Export)
NVD/CVE enrichment and ConnectSecure suppress from the review UI

Remediation

Remediation status - post-delivery rollup from review sessions, with saved checks you can reopen. Apply writes Complete items only and leaves Revised remediation alone
Patching & suppressions - application, OS, and ConnectSecure suppress for one company

Settings - ConnectSecure, reports base path, presenter, TimeZest link
Rules - remediation text by product pattern (scanner, app, config)
